Psychotherapy
Maybe you don’t know exactly what’s wrong, but you know something isn’t right.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We might explore the bigger questions: love, suffering, purpose. We might spend time with the smaller things too: a disappointing first date, conflict at work, tension around family. In therapy, there’s room for all of it.
I’m interested in understanding who you are, where you’re feeling stuck, and where you’d like to go next.
It’s nice to meet you. I’m Grant.
We might work with…
Anxiety & overthinking
Depression & numbness
Feeling disconnected from others
Emotional overwhelm
Difficulties in relationships
Men’s issues
Self-esteem & self-acceptance
LGBTQ+ issues
Career issues, stress & burnout
Working together
Sessions with me tend to be thoughtful, grounded, and sometimes playful. Therapy can be serious, but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy.
Many of the people I work with experience anxiety, depression, burnout, or questions about identity and direction. Some feel stuck or overwhelmed. Others want to feel more connected: to themselves, to other people, or to a life that feels meaningful to them.
If you’re curious about working together, I’d be happy to schedule a consultation.
“It isn’t always racing towards the light.
Sometimes it’s helping each other
become less afraid of the dark.”
